To empower women to embrace who they are, figure out what truly matters to them and help them make it an active reality in their life.

I do this by helping you figure out what your values and passions are, implementing them into all areas of your life so your days are filled with meaning, purpose and direction.

I will help you uncover and identify any patterns, habits, beliefs or fears that are holding you back and tap into your internal resources and strengths, building your confidence and resilience.

You can work hard and have the best strategy in the world, but if you don’t address the limits you impose on yourself, you’ll never get to where you need to be.

But you CAN change it.

WHAT IS MINDSET COACHING?

Coaching is an investment in yourself, and it can produce some of the highest returns. As a mindset coach, I facilitate change and growth by helping women to work out who they are, where they want to go and how to get there. It’s not just about feeling better; it’s about being better.

We will dig deep and explore your strengths, interests, resources, core values, beliefs, fears, perceived limitations, thinking patterns and goals. We will design a custom strategy, focusing on overcoming obstacles, pushing past your fears, finding balance and defining your purpose.

Perspective, attitude, mindset, ACTION.

Creating the right mindset is the key ingredient for success. It’s about believing in yourself, showing up daily, taking responsibility for your life and being consistent and accountable for your actions.

For many of us, having someone we answer to motivates us to act. Having your own mindset coach can help you get results by providing the support and guidance you need to bring your visions to life and start creating real change.

If you want to create change, increase your confidence, reduce fear and take control of your life then your mindset needs to be in alignment with your goals.

why work with me?

Like all of you, I wear lots of hats, having to juggle and balance many different roles in all areas of my life...career, family, social life, health, fitness, finances…the list is endless, and its hard work!

I’m not claiming to be an expert at ‘life’ or that I have all the answers; no one can make that claim (I call BS if they do). But by changing my mindset and living life with focus and discipline consistently, I know who I am and where I want to go. I may not be there yet; life is a journey after all, with lots of highs and lows and no one is perfect. But I’m progressing and growing every day; one small, successful step at a time.

I fail (a lot), I make mistakes (aka life lessons), but I own each and every one of them and strive to learn and do better next time. I live a life that is true to me and my values and I only seek approval from myself.

As a mindset coach, I have a no BS approach that is direct, honest, personal and results-oriented. All women are different. We experience different things in different ways and we all have different maps and stories we tell ourselves about our world. That means that a ‘’one shoe fits all’ approach doesn’t work. For me, it’s about finding a healthy balance that’s right for YOU.

I’m totally invested and committed to helping you design and build a life that is meaningful and fulfilling, being able to handle anything life throws at you with ease. I’ve got your back, sister.

 
 

COACHING IS ALL ABOUT WORKING ON YOUR LIFE AND BEING PROACTIVE, RATHER THAN JUST STUMBLING THROUGH AND REACTING TO IT. IN THE CHAOS OF MODERN LIVING, MY HOLISTIC APPROACH IS ABOUT HELPING WOMEN BECOME MORE EMOTIONALLY RESILIENT.

MY COACHING METHODOLOGY

When you’re looking for help with designing your life, it’s important to pick someone who feels like a good fit. You should hire someone who gets you and who you feel connected to that can offer value.

My coaching methodology is about empowering women to take control of their thoughts and emotions, rather than be a slave to them.

As a certified multi-disciplinary practitioner with a degree in psychology, I use proven life coaching techniques, blending traditional coaching tools with NLP, Mindfulness and CBT.

I have a calm, easy going and relaxed energy, promoting free thinking without judgement and provide you with a safe, loving and accepting space to be your authentic self. I offer a platform to be open and honest, giving you my full attention, energy and love and encourage you to search for your own solutions.

Without cultivating a healthy mindset and taking consistent action, your goals and desires will only ever be dreams.

 We’ll explore who you are at the core, the values that drive you, discover what beliefs and thinking patterns are holding you back and develop your mindset so you can take full responsibility for your choices and be empowered.

I will help you make better decisions that serve you, embrace your true self and establish effective goals and priorities. I’ll pose big questions, challenge your perspective, suggest bold strategies and offer fresh resources, helping you to expand out of your comfort zone. I will monitor your progress, provide guidance and unwavering support, maintain your focus and hold you accountable.
