 HOW DOES IT WORK?

The first step is to send me a request for a FREE 30-minute Exploration Consultation.

This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, see if we’re a good fit and if we have the right chemistry. You’ll get to discuss all things YOU - what you truly want to get out of coaching, why you’re considering coaching and get a feel for whether it’s the right path for you. It will give you that shot of inspiration you’ve been looking for and give you a little taste for what I have to offer in a coaching package.

If you decide to proceed with a coaching package, we will then arrange another call to run through the Contract Agreement, schedule your first session and make payment.

I will also send you a Welcome Questionnaire & Life Balance Workbook, to complete and email back at least 24 hours before our first scheduled session. The Questionnaire & Workbook gives me a sense of where you are now and where you want to be. It also helps me get started on designing a custom strategy for how to get you there.

I coach clients in person (depending on location) or via Skype/Zoom, which means distance is no problem.

Sessions are usually 1 hour and are held at roughly two-week intervals. This gives you time to integrate what you’re learning and complete any actions you have agreed to do before the next session.

I understand things come up that are out of our control. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please have the same courtesy as I would for you and let me know at least 24 hours in advance. If you let me know less than 24 hours in advance, I will consider this an unattended session.

Unattended sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Payment is 50% deposit up front, with the remaining 50% balance due halfway through your package.

Private coaching takes a lot of energy and commitment on both ends. Once you have paid, no refunds will be offered. However, be assured that if the coaching relationship is not working out after the first two sessions, either party can terminate the relationship with an appropriate refund on any remaining sessions within the package.

 
 
 
 

WHAT I EXPECT FROM YOU

We’ll work great together, and you’ll see results if you’re willing to:

  1. Be entirely focused and committed to doing what you say you’re going to do

  2. Prioritise our coaching sessions and execute any action plans set outside of the sessions

  3. Keep an open mind, explore new possibilities and embrace change

  4. Be available, receptive and attentive throughout the process

  5. Take action to change any situations or habits that may no longer be serving you

  6. Take responsibility for your choices and own your decisions

  7. Step out of your comfort zone and take (calculated) risks (where required)

     

HOWEVER, we probably won’t be a great fit if:

  1. You believe you already ‘know it all’

  2. You're not prepared to put yourself out there

  3. You’re expecting me to provide you with all the answers and solve your problems; only you can do that

  4. You think it’s ‘cool’ to have a coach, but don’t want to do any work

  5. You like to moan about how unfair life is and blame others, always making excuses

  6. You’re not ready to take responsibility for your actions

  7. You’re not ready to commit and fully invest in yourself to create change in your life

What’s Included?

1:1 Coaching session EVERY FORTNIGHT

Six or twelve coaching sessions, over 3 or 6 months via Skype/Zoom (or face-to-face, where possible).

Sessions usually last an hour and this is where we will focus on designing and building a life that is true to you.

Each first session will focus on the Welcome Questionnaire and Life Balance Workbook. This is where we will set clear intentions and create measurable strategic steps to keep you focused and motivated throughout the coaching package.

After each session, you will be provided with an agreed action plan and direction, so you're never left wondering what to do next.

Continued Support

Email support in between sessions, where you can hit me up with your a-ha! moments, reach out for support and guidance, or just check in with me in between sessions. I will always aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
