Hey there, lady.
Welcome!
Grab a cuppa (or a glass of wine) and let’s get comfy…
I’m Jenna, originally from London and currently living in Perth, Australia. I share my life with my husband, two daughters, and an incredible posse of family and friends across the globe.
My career background is in IT and Construction Project Management, as well as Operations. I stumbled into this line of work, not really choosing it, but I’m glad I did. Not only did I meet some amazing people (some of my closest friends and also my husband, indirectly) but my roles provided me with the skills and experience to get where I am today.
As a certified multi-disciplinary practitioner in Coaching, NLP, CBT and Mindfulness, along with a degree in Psychology and a ton of coaching experience, I’m fully equipped to help incredible women remove their mindset blocks and create sustainable changes in their life.
I have a big heart, big visions and a big desire to help women design and build lives they LOVE. I’m fascinated by people; their stories, their thought processes, their behaviours, their decisions, their goals, fears, hopes and dreams.
I believe if something isn’t working for you, to change it. I also believe in cultivating a growth mindset. In valuing yourself. In being confident in your own skin. In taking risks. In life lessons. In facing your fears. And in taking consistent action.
It’s so easy to maintain the status quo, but it takes real courage and strength to step outside your comfort zone, make changes in line with your values, learn and grow from your mistakes and to love and take care of yourself.
It was through my own personal journey that I experienced the impact my mindset had on all areas of my life. I’ve always been a positive and confident person at my core, but like everyone, I’ve had many failures, made mistakes and been thrown off course by situations beyond my control.
I’ve experienced failed relationships, projects that never materialised, hobbies that I quit before I even started. I’ve made silly decisions, lost people I love and I’ve hurt people along the way.
In 2013, I lost one of my dearest friends shortly after his 30th birthday. This shocked me to my very core and I spent a long time feeling immensely angry with the world and guilty for even being alive. I got lost in a destructive lifestyle which, at the time, impacted my health, my career options, my finances and even my relationships.
As women, we’ve all had different experiences that have affected us in different ways, but it’s how you deal with those experiences and manage the thoughts, emotions and beliefs that come from having those experiences. It’s how you get back up, brush yourself off and strive to BE better.
It took me a long time to grieve and finally accept what happened, but it made me realise that life is short and I made the choice to spend each day being true to me. I got rid of some terrible habits and beliefs that were no longer serving me and disciplined myself to introduce new, mindful habits.
I’ve repaired relationships, cut relationship ties, made peace and accepted a lot of things I can’t control. I’ve taken responsibility for my actions and only do things that are important to me. My days are now filled doing things that I love and aren’t just fleeting moments of pleasure; I have true fulfilment and purpose. And it made me realise that I want to help and support other women to do the same.
Now I stop and breathe. I make mindful, healthy choices. I spend my time more productively, doing things I actually want to do. Every. Single. Day.
I practice yoga, I get out into nature. I read and write. I travel. I’m still, and present. Allowing myself just to BE, puts things into perspective. And I know that the most important relationship I can have is with myself. I do things everyday that nourish my soul. And I always say yes to myself. I still have bad days; I’m only human. But I’ve learnt to be kinder to myself.
My own definition of what ‘success’ means has also changed. I’ve realised that all those things I thought I wanted and needed don’t really mean anything in the grand scheme of things. A life well lived is not so much about what we have as who we are. And I know who I am.
1. Maturity is not about age – it’s about taking responsibility for your life and owning it. Only then comes true empowerment.
2. You can’t please everyone. Worrying about what other people think is a waste of time and energy – the only person you should seek approval or validation from is yourself. Only you know your truth.
3. No one has everything worked out or can claim to be an expert at life (I call BS for anyone that claims they are). We are all imperfect beings and can only ever be experts of our own lives.
4. Everyone is on a different journey and has their own version of what success looks like, so don’t waste time comparing yourself to others.
5. Life is short and tomorrow is never promised. Live life on your terms and don’t let fear or doubt hold you back from achieving your potential.

I’m a self-confessed travel & adventure junkie
I’ve travelled to 67 countries across 6 continents and currently live in Australia. I will also try anything once. I’ve been bungee jumping (ok that was 8 times), skydiving, white water rafting, ziplining, shark diving, rock climbing, abseiling (forwards and backwards), heli-skiing, hiking and I’m a qualified PADI Open Water Diver. Not to mention I’m always up for trying a new class or activity (sports, languages, arts, crafts, cooking, dance, music).
I’m a massive book geek and love to write
I don’t go anywhere without my notebook - I’ve been writing since I was a kid. I love all types of fiction but I’m a sucker for an engaging mystery story with lots of deep dark secrets (Kate Morton & J.K Rowling, you’re my heroes). I also equally love non-fiction books and I’m proud of my collection of personal development, psychology, coaching, writing, travel, yoga and interior design books.
I’m obsessed with architecture and interiors
Especially in Europe, Asia and the Middle East (Islamic Architecture is incredible). I love interiors shopping (that and book shopping will get me lost for hours). Having been a project manager in the construction industry, I’ve been fortunate to work in some amazing buildings. I’m also trained in interior design.
I’m a big foodie and love to cook. I ALSO LOVE red WINE (& JAZZ)
I’ve visited vineyards in Australia, France, Italy, California, Chile and Argentina. I love all types of food and cuisines from around the globe, but I like to cook and eat healthy. My husband and I visit local markets whenever we can and enjoy experimenting with new flavours. Some of my favourite dishes include ceviche (from our time in Peru), fish tagine and black miso cod.
I practice yoga & MINDFULNESS & adore getting out in nature
I’m a city girl at heart, but I love the great outdoors. Whether it’s country-side, mountains, rock pools, rainforest or beach, I love nature in a BIG way. And I love animals. Travelling to Galapagos, Machu Pichu and the Masai Mara in 2016 were big bucket list items for me. Our world is truly beautiful, and nature energises me and helps me to focus (as does yoga & mindfulness, both of which I practice daily).
